Lifestyle Brands Advisor - Renowned Lifestyle Brands (B2 German Required)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team focused on providing exceptional customer service for a portfolio of world-famous lifestyle brands. However, fluency in German is essential for this role.

What you'll do:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries, returns, and more (in German).
• Build rapport with customers and demonstrate a clear understanding of the brands you represent (in German).
• Be a problem-solver, proactively identifying solutions and exceeding customer expectations (in German).

You're a great fit if you have:

• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) - German is required for this position.
• A passion for excellent customer service
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

The Offer:

• Working hours: Mon-Sat, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, 1:00 pm 10:00 pm
• Salary options: 2900 BGN gross/ month if working remotely, 3000 BGN gross/ month if working onsite
• Transportation allowance: 50 BGN per month
• Important life event bonus: 500 BGN
• Training: 2 weeks fully-paid (remotely)
• Joining deadline: 6/Jan/25
