French Speaking Travel Experience Advisor (remote in Bulgaria)

In this exciting role, you'll be the friendly face of the travel giant for French-speaking travelers and hosts. You'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on the platform.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Become a Travel Guru: Advise guests on finding the perfect listing, navigating the booking process, and maximizing their travel experience.
• Master of Accounts: Assist users with creating and managing their accounts, including troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
• Bridge Builder: Facilitate communication between hosts and guests, ensuring clear expectations and a seamless stay.
• Conflict Resolver: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, working towards positive resolutions.

We're looking for someone who:

• Speaks French fluently (written and spoken): This is your chance to shine! You'll be using your French skills to connect with people from all over the world.
• Customer Service Champion: You have a passion for helping others and a knack for de-escalating situations.
• Communication Maestro: You can clearly and concisely explain complex information in both French and English.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable navigating the platform and using various online tools.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in hospitality or travel
• A love for travel and different cultures

• Working hours: Mon-Sun, 10 am 12 am, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
