What you will do: 

We are seeking a Sr Digital Marketing Strategist to serve as a key strategic and client-facing partner for a portfolio of brands. This is a highly consultative role that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, performance marketing, creative, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for understanding client business goals, developing digital growth strategies and roadmaps, identifying opportunities, and coordinating internal specialists to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate is a broad, full-funnel digital marketer who understands how different channels work together, can interpret performance data, and is confident presenting strategic recommendations to clients. You should be comfortable moving between high-level strategy and practical marketing decisions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsabilities:

• Build digital growth strategies that align with client goals, commercial priorities and audience needs
• Act as a key day-to-day strategic contact for clients, building trust through strong thinking, clear communication and reliable follow-through
• Translate business goals into channel strategy, testing priorities and actionable marketing roadmaps
• Work closely with paid media, creative and analytics teams to develop and refine campaigns across channels such as paid social, search, landing pages, content and CRO
• Help ensure creative ideas and campaign direction are grounded in clear strategic thinking and relevant performance insight
• Analyse performance data and turn it into clear recommendations, decisions and next steps
• Lead strategy sessions, client calls and internal collaboration around priorities, progress and opportunities
• Proactively identify client challenges, growth opportunities and areas for improvement across accounts
• Ensure projects move forward with clarity, momentum and alignment across teams
• Maintain a high bar for strategic quality, commercial thinking and client experience across all work

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, account strategy, or a similar client-facing marketing role.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel growth, with the ability to think strategically across channels rather than focusing on a single platform.
• Proven experience developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, creative, CRO, and lifecycle marketing, with the ability to connect these channels into a cohesive growth strategy.
• Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, commercially relevant recommendations and actions.
• Strong strategic and practical mindset, with the ability to connect the bigger picture to actionable marketing strategies and priorities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build credibility, present recommendations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Understanding of how strategy, creative, media, and other marketing functions work together to drive business results.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset, with a genuine interest in identifying growth opportunities and helping clients achieve their goals.
• High standards for both strategic thinking and execution quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency environment
• Familiarity with CRO, landing page strategy or lifecycle marketing
• Experience presenting strategy and performance recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Exposure to a range of business models, including both B2B and B2C
• Strong instincts for messaging, creative strategy or campaign positioning

Benefits

• Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. working hours; Eastern Time preferred.
• Salary: $4,000 USD/month.
• Location: 100% remote, open to candidates across LATAM.
• Contract: Independent Contractor / Contract-to-Hire.
• Monthly payment via direct transfer or Wise.
• Approximately 20 days of annual leave
• Compassionate leave.
