  • Drive performance through data analysis and experimentation to optimize CPA, LTV, Show Rate, and Close Rate
  • Oversee the tech stack (Kajabi or similar and CRM) to support scalable growth of the personal brand and push average ticket toward $1,500

¿Eres un estratega apasionado por los infoproductos y la educación online? ¿Sabes cómo transformar una marca personal potente en una máquina de adquisición omnicanal? ¡Esta es tu oportunidad!

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia: Entre 4 y 7 años en marketing digital, específicamente en infoproductos o coaching.

  • Estratega Omnicanal: Capacidad para orquestar contenido orgánico, Ads, email marketing y funnels de venta que conviertan en llamadas de asesoría.

  • Liderazgo Humano: Experiencia coordinando equipos creativos (Content Strategists, editores, media buyers) bajo la cultura de "Earn Their YES".

  • Mentalidad Data-Driven: Obsesión por optimizar el CPA, LTV, Show Rate y Close Rate.

  • Tech Savvy: Conocimiento funcional de Kajabi (o similares) y CRM.

Lo que ofrecemos (Condiciones):

  • Compensación: Salario competitivo

  • Bonos: Variable por desempeño de hasta $1,000 USD adicionales según KPIs.

  • Modalidad: 100% Remoto (Preferiblemente en Venezuela o Latam).

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, 8:00 am a 5:00 pm (Hora VZLA).

  • Contrato: fijo por 1 año renovable 

Requisitos Técnicos:

  • Contar con equipo propio (Laptop profesional e iPhone para pruebas de contenido).

  • Conexión estable y respaldo eléctrico (UPS/Planta).
