About the Job:

We are looking for an HR Operations Officer to join our client's team and support the day-to-day execution of HR operations. In this role, you will manage employee lifecycle administration, maintain HR records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensure the accurate processing of HR transactions. You will work closely with the HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient HR services, maintain compliance, and support a positive employee experience in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employment documentation, orientation, and system access requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Process HR transactions, including employee movements, attendance, leave, and employment updates.
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Process pre-employment requirements and coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Prepare employment documents, certifications, reports, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries and guide standard HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and operational improvement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations or General HR functions, preferably within an IT Consulting or Technology company.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
• Experience handling onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and employee records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
