What You'll Be Doing

This role focuses on lead qualification and lead generation. You'll reach out to homeowners by phone to assess their interest in working with the platform, identify potential opportunities, and encourage suitable homeowners to register on the clients platform. You may work with both warm and cold leads, as well as leads from a client-provided database.

• Prequalify leads based on set criteria to determine whether they are a good fit for the platform
• Reach out to homeowners via phone to inquire about their interest in working with the platform
• Ask qualifying questions and identify potential vacation rental partnership opportunities
• Encourage suitable homeowners to register on the clients platform
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for further follow-up and conversion
• Manage and update the client-provided database accurately and efficiently
• Record all interactions, lead information, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM/database
• Manage multiple leads and follow-ups in an organized and timely manner
• Work collaboratively with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Tools & Systems You'll Use

• Aircall Cloud-based call system for outreach and KPI tracking
• Pipedrive CRM for pipeline management and follow-ups
• Internal dashboards for workflow and performance tracking
• Client-provided databases for lead management and outreach

What Were Looking For

• Experience in sales support, lead qualification, real estate, or hospitality is a plus
• Fluent in Spanish (C2) and English
• Strong communication skills and confidence in phone conversations
• Calling experience and comfortable handling both warm and cold calls
• Strong lead qualification skills and ability to assess fitness based on set criteria
• Organized and detail-oriented with CRM/database management
• Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
• Comfortable using structured scripts and digital tools
• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Able to collaborate effectively with Sales Managers
• Available during the required EU business hours
• Able to work independently after completing training

Project Shift Hours

Working hours (CET):

• Monday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Total: 16 hours per week

Note: Training will be required before onboarding. It will include 4-5 hours of unpaid sessions, spread across multiple dates.

• Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload)
