Trainer - iGaming Sector

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Trainer for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia.

Position: Trainer

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update training materials for Game Presenters and Shufflers to ensure full knowledge of games and procedures
• Develop performance plans and set KPIs to enhance training quality
• Train staff on table game procedures, promoting high performance and professional growth
• Inspire trainees and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Oversee training programs for new and current staff, collaborating with Shift Managers to address individual needs
• Work with Shift Managers to identify and meet team-specific training requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Positive, eager to learn, and grow professionally
• Passionate about coaching, with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Prior experience in iGaming or casino environments is a plus
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for casino dealers or similar roles
• Relevant certifications in casino operations or instructional design
