Workforce Management Specialist

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Workforce Management Specialist to join their team in Bogota, Colombia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess daily staffing requirements and assign staff to gaming tables (open/closed) accordingly. 
• Assist with onboarding new employees as needed
• Organize, coordinate, and manage work schedules and rotations for gaming tables, ensuring smooth operations and optimal attendance
• Partner with HR and Team Managers to manage time-off requests, approve schedules, and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing needs
• Prepare daily staffing reports, verify work hours and time-off requests, address schedule discrepancies, and handle administrative tasks as assigned by Supervisors or Management
• Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure sufficient coverage across all business units
• Monitor employee attendance, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulatory standards
• Prepare and manage rotation schedules for incoming shifts, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Strong ability to efficiently manage schedules, rotations, and staffing needs
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced with workforce management software.
• At least 6 months in a similar role, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Open to working flexible shifts within a 24/7 schedule
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations related to staffing and scheduling
