DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform live assessments of all company products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Assess the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they align with company quality expectations
• Spot and report any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards to the relevant teams
• Regularly check and ensure that live studio equipment is functioning properly
• Adhere to and enforce all Quality Control Department policies and procedures for live casino products
• Continuously observe live products to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Knowledge of the technology and equipment used in live casino environments
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards governing live casino operations
• Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
• Proficient in PC usage, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
