Content Moderator with Hebrew - Relocation & Spain (Barcelona)

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for Hebrew-speaking Content Moderators to join their their team in Barcelona.

Role: Content Moderator

Location: Barcelona, Spain

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards
• Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
• Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security
• Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Hebrew both verbal and written. Fluent in English
• Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
• Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends.
