Bilingual Executive Recruiter (Fluent English) Remoto | LATAM U.S. Market

Agora, buscamos um(a) Executive Recruiter com perfil hunter e experiência sólida em recrutamento executivo para atuar diretamente com clientes dos EUA, contribuindo para processos estratégicos e de alto impacto.

Suas responsabilidades

  • Conduzir sourcing proativo e mapeamento de perfis executivos
  • Realizar pré-qualificação técnica e comportamental, garantindo pipeline de alta qualidade
  • Desenvolver ações de engajamento (LinkedIn, e-mail etc.) mantendo a cadência organizada
  • Agendar e coordenar entrevistas entre candidatos e times dos EUA
  • Gerenciar o ciclo completo de recrutamento executivo (job postings, entrevistas, follow-up)
  • Manter ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter e bancos internos sempre atualizados
  • Atuar com visão estratégica e forte senso de ownership

O que buscamos

  • 2+ anos de experiência em recrutamento, preferencialmente executivo (agência)
  • Perfil hunter, resiliente, analítico e orientado a resultados
  • Inglês fluente (C1/C2) contato diário e integral com líderes e executivos dos EUA
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de conduzir conversas de alto nível
  • Vivência com LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS e pacote Microsoft Office
  • Perfil carismático, articulado e com forte presença profissional

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em full-cycle executive recruiting
  • Conhecimento prévio do mercado norte-americano
