Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly collaborative, delivery-focused Business Process Lead Analyst to lead Agile/Scrum execution for the Client Readiness Analytics product. This role enables predictable delivery by facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving backlog readiness, removing blockers, strengthening team flow, and helping the team translate business priorities into high-quality analytics and reporting outcomes.

In addition to Scrum leadership, this role supports operational routines across Jira, Confluence, Tableau monitoring, intake tracking, and process improvement to ensure the team can deliver consistently across a high-volume analytics backlog.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Flow

  • Facilitate Agile / Scrum delivery for the Client Readiness Analytics product, helping the team translate business priorities into clear sprint goals, executable backlog items, and predictable delivery outcomes
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with the Product Owner(s), stakeholders, and analytics team members to ensure backlog priorities are clear, dependencies are visible, and work is ready for sprint planning
  • Help the team identify and resolve blockers, manage carryover, improve flow, and strengthen delivery discipline
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving team environment

Backlog, Jira & Sprint Reporting

  • Create and maintain sprint structures in Jira Cloud, including story readiness, sprint kickoff, carryover management, backlog hygiene, and sprint closeout
  • Support backlog readiness by helping ensure work items have clear intent, acceptance criteria, visible dependencies, and enough detail for planning
  • Produce sprint reporting and delivery updates that summarize progress, risks, dependencies, aging work, and upcoming priorities
  • Use Agile metrics such as throughput, cycle time, sprint progress, and blocker trends as learning signals to improve transparency and team flow

Operational & Analytics Delivery Support

  • Support lightweight operational monitoring for analytics delivery, including Tableau refreshes, extract errors, reporting logs, and escalation of platform issues to appropriate owners
  • Maintain the intake tracking across Jira and Confluence to support planning, prioritization, and backlog visibility
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring delivery routines, improve documentation, and reduce manual effort across reporting and data workflows

Tools, Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain team documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and shared drives, including intake processes, reporting updates, operating procedures, and archival routines
  • Support knowledge management practices that improve continuity, transparency, and team onboarding
  • Contribute to automation, AI-enabled workflow improvement, and continuous improvement opportunities where appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting Agile delivery, project coordination, analytics operations, or backlog / intake management in a business or technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar workflow and documentation tools
  • Strong organization, prioritization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, document decisions, manage action items, and communicate risks or dependencies clearly
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner across business, analytics, and technology stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, Tableau, SQL, or data workflow teams
  • Familiarity with Tableau refreshes, extract monitoring, reporting logs, or production support routines
  • Experience improving intake, backlog management, documentation, or Agile operating practices
  • Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled workflow improvement
