Senior Specialist, Internal Marketing and Communications

The Opportunity

Dentalcorp is hiring a Senior Specialist, Internal Marketing and Communications to design, build and deliver internal communications campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Based at our Toronto Support Centre in a hybrid arrangement, you will apply automation, journeys, segmentation and performance measurement to improve how employees and practice teams engage with internal communications. The role offers deep platform ownership and a high degree of independence within a lean team. This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.

You are accountable and reliable, someone who delivers campaigns on time in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You collaborate naturally with internal clients and communications partners, and you communicate clearly, translating campaign requirements into structured plans that stakeholders can act on. You adapt well to shifting priorities and evolving requirements, and you apply sound judgement when sequencing and targeting campaigns. You look for ways to improve campaign effectiveness within established standards, and you bring close attention to detail and a professional, dependable presence to every interaction.

The Impact You’ll Have

This role reports to the Director, Corporate Communications, and operates within the communications strategy, standards and workplans the Director sets. You will provide deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to internal client functions such as People, Operations, Clinical Excellence and Program Strategy, giving them a dedicated partner for campaign design, sequencing and targeting. Success in this role shows up in measurable improvements to campaign reach, engagement and adoption across Dentalcorp’s employee and practice team audiences.

In This Role, You Will

• Design and build internal communications campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, automation and segmentation
• Apply automation best practices to internal communications, improving targeting, personalization and scalability
• Deliver campaigns that support internal client functions, including People, Operations, Clinical Excellence and Program Strategy
• Apply internal communications strategies and messaging frameworks to campaign execution
• Support broader internal communications delivery, including intranet, email and other internal channels
• Work with internal client functions to understand campaign objectives and translate them into structured campaign execution
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and adoption

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience is required
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required, including campaign, journey and automation build, or a similar automation platform
• Experience designing and delivering marketing or communications campaigns
• Solid understanding of segmentation, audience targeting and campaign performance measurement
• Experience supporting internal or employee communications is an asset
• Experience working with internal stakeholders across functions is an asset
• Proficiency in French is an asset

The salary range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $80,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
