  • Support month-end close, quarterly external financial reporting, the annual financial statement audit, Medicare/Medicaid audits, and other PACE-specific projects while developing deeper expertise in healthcare finance and regulatory reporting
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure by improving automation, reporting efficiency, system integrations, internal controls, documentation, and repeatable reporting processes as requirements scale
  • Develop deep healthcare knowledge of the PACE business model, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Part D process flows, PACE regulatory constructs, and the business drivers behind reporting requirements
  • Manage competing priorities, driving execution across multiple functions and holding stakeholders accountable to critical reporting timelines and deliverables

Job requirements include:

  • Regulatory reporting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in applying technical accounting skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of the ability to operationalize proper accounting treatment across multiple reporting areas
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, build projects and reporting processes from scratch, develop business context quickly, identify key stakeholders and data sources, and deliver clear, well-supported reporting outcomes
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, including Medicare, Medicaid, or other regulated healthcare environments, strongly preferred

We are looking for a highly adaptable accounting professional who can bring strong technical accounting expertise, thrive in an evolving environment, and help build scalable reporting processes that support WelbeHealth’s continued growth and expansion.
