  • Content & Localisation — Create, localize, and adapt global campaigns, marketing collateral (blogs, offline materials), and graphics (using Canva) ensuring cultural relevance for Czech and Slovak audiences.
  • Digital & Social Media — Execute market-specific email campaigns and newsletters, and drive social media content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Events & Partnerships — Coordinate local events (from promotion to post-event follow-up), develop case studies/testimonials, and nurture local partnerships and media relationships.
  • Wider Support — Liaise with marketing suppliers and support selected initiatives across Profitroom's other international Growth Markets when required.

  • Content creation — Strong content creation and copywriting skills, including experience creating and localising marketing content for different audiences.
  • Digital landscape knowledge — Good understanding of the Czech and Slovak business environment, SEO, SEA, SGE, and regional digital marketing landscapes (local platforms, OTAs, payment methods).
  • Project management — Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across markets and time zones.
  • Soft skills — Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership, a creative, results-driven mindset, and cultural awareness when working with international teams.
