Job description

This is a remote position.

We deliver leading SaaS technology and marketing services to give hoteliers the tools to increase revenue performance, bookings and efficiency, and provide their consumers the best services and experiences.

Software is easy to write now - AI writes plenty of it for you. What's still hard is making dozens of external systems that were never designed to talk to each other actually work together, reliably, at scale, across thousands of hotels. That's the job.

We're looking for a Software Developer to join our Connectivity Development Team - the team that builds and maintains the integrations connecting Profitroom to the outside world: channel managers, PMS systems, payment providers, and more. You'll be the person who ships new integrations and the one who tracks down what broke when a partner's API changed without warning.

What you'll own

  • Implementing new external integrations and extending existing ones with new features.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to integrations.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining code quality and architecture across the applications you own.
  • Applying - and recommending - the best development practices.
  • Taking part in technical trainings and team meetings.
  • Split of your time: 60% new features, 40% support.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in software development with PHP, MySQL, and Git.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, or similar) as part of your daily workflow.
  • Familiarity with Docker.
  • Experience working with SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Confidence writing unit tests.
  • Knowledge of Laravel or Symfony.
  • English B2, Polish C1.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine willingness to share knowledge with the team.

Benefits

  • Form of employment: Employment contract. Salary up to 13,000 PLN gross per month.
  • 100% remote — fully flexible, work from anywhere in Poland
  • English classes — and a dedicated team development fund
  • Medical and life insurance — co-financed, plus access to sports facilities
  • 24 / 26 days off
  • Company perks — retreats and events, wedding and baby packs, and an employee referral program
  • Flat hierarchy — open communication, no bureaucracy

Recruitment process

  1. Interview with a Recruiter (30–40 min).
  2. Culture & technical interview with the Team Leader and a Senior Developer (90 min).
  3. Final interview with the Team Leader and Engineering Manager (30 min) - after successfully passing the technical stage.
