The DCX Client Services - Home-Based HR Generalist will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.  

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.  

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in HR processes, compliance checks, and system updates.

• Communication Skills: Maintains clear and professional communication with employees, managers, and internal teams.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Identifies and resolves issues related to payroll, benefits, and employee records.

• Organizational Skills: Manages multiple HR tasks, deadlines, and documentation efficiently.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using HRIS platforms, including Paylocity, and other HR management tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Employee relations and guidance to managers

• Federal and multi-state employment law compliance

• Conducting and documenting workplace investigations

• Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records

• Supporting coaching, corrective actions, and performance management

• Researching and coordinating employee and manager training

• Administering and tracking employee leaves, including FMLA and applicable state leaves

• Managing workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes

• Supporting policy development and ongoing HR compliance initiatives

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Schedule: Ability to work in alignment with US business hours.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR management systems, multi-state HR experience, with California employment law and leave administration experience

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: Php 70,000 - Php 75,000

• Industry: Funeral Establishment

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM CST

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
