Job description

Join Milpark Education's School of Commerce

Milpark Education is expanding its network of subject matter experts to support the development and quality assurance of teaching and learning material across a range of Human Resource Management modules. We are seeking experienced legal academics and practitioners to contribute as Academic Developers, Assessors, Moderators and Critical Readers on a contract basis. Successful candidates will collaborate with our curriculum and instructional design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Capital Management, Labour Relations, Organisational Development, or a closely related field
  • Proven industry experience in human resource management, talent management, organisational development, labour relations, performance management, or people analytics
  • Experience in curriculum development, academic writing, assessment design, or training within higher education or professional learning environments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into accessible learning material
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an instructional designer and academic team, and meet structured development timelines
  • Available for contract-based work (remote)
