Supply Chain & Operations Risk Associate Program (RAP)

The Supply Chain & Operations Risk Associate Program (RAP) offers the opportunity to gain depth and knowledge in Risk Management across Dairy Foods, Feed, Winfield, and Milk Sourcing. Gain invaluable experience by participating in our 12 to 24 month program that offers leadership development, while working enterprise-wide and cross functionally to develop risk management skills and capabilities.    

Required Qualifications    

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027  

• Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs 

• Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes summer internship program

• Analytical and critical thinking skills     

• Applies new concepts and principles to address problems    

• Effective & collaborative interpersonal skills     

• Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems     

• Demonstrates courage and can lean into the unknown

 Salary for this position is $70,000
