Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the product team of a fast‑growing tech company leading its category in Southern Europe. With millions of active users and a strong product‑led culture, the company is entering an exciting new phase of international expansion and product scaling.

In this role, you will shape the end‑to‑end discovery and browsing experience within a large‑scale marketplace, driving impact through intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to elevate the user experience and contribute to the evolution of a platform used daily by millions.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Product, Research, Data, Engineering, and Operations to define and prioritize design initiatives that align with business goals.

• Contribute to product roadmaps and bring strategic design perspective to decision-making.

• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design solutions.

• Lead medium-to-complex design projects across their full lifecycle—from early discovery and concept definition to polished UI delivery and specifications.

• Design experiences that enhance exploration, personalization, and product discovery across platforms.

• Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Develop scalable design frameworks, patterns, and systems that ensure consistency throughout the product ecosystem.

• Mentor teammates and contribute to elevating design practices across the organization.

• Advocate for user-centered thinking and contribute to the evolution of UX standards and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background designing mobile-first digital products—preferably in marketplaces, ecommerce, or similarly complex environments.

• Ability to connect user needs with business objectives and solve complex problems with clarity and intention.

• Experience or interest in designing discovery, recommendation, and exploration experiences.

• Comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.

• Experience building scalable systems, frameworks, or modular design solutions.

• Data-informed mindset, leveraging research and analytics to validate decisions.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

• High level of written and spoken English and Spanish.

• A collaborative, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality, impactful experiences.
