Colaboro con una startup internacional de HealthTech que está desarrollando un asistente clínico inteligente en tiempo real, diseñado por y para profesionales médicos. Su misión es transformar la atención sanitaria mediante IA aplicada de forma responsable, ayudando a médicos y enfermeros a centrarse en los pacientes mientras la tecnología asume la carga administrativa.

Aunque está en fase inicial, cuenta con financiación potente y un fundador de renombre internacional, con experiencia respaldando múltiples unicornios en el ámbito digital y sanitario. El equipo técnico y de producto ya suma unas 10 personas, con Barcelona como hub principal.

Entorno a la vanguardia real de la IA aplicada:

  • Arquitectura multi-agent systems (planner–executor–critic)
  • Python / FastAPI / AsyncIO
  • RAG pipelines sobre Vertex AI (GCP)
  • Evaluación continua con OpenTelemetry y Confident AI (DeepEval)
  • Latencia <3 s para interacciones de voz
  • Infraestructura moderna: Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Terraform


Como AI Engineer (Senior) tendrás un rol clave, hands-on y con poder de decisión técnica. Participarás en decisiones sobre arquitectura, escalabilidad y evaluación de sistemas de IA, dentro de un entorno autónomo, colaborativo y con mentalidad de producto.
