Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain automated tests for data pipeline workflows
Support testing across Sync ingestion flows and Delivery Stream (foundational platform for data ingestion and processing)
Work with AI-based testing agents to generate and automate tests
Help implement existing AI test agents into the Sync repository
Collaborate with engineers and testers across both teams

Must Haves:
Strong backend testing experience
Experience testing data platforms
Python required; Robot Framework preferred
Experience with test automation
Strong SQL skills
Interest in or experience with AI-assisted testing / AI agents

Ideal profile:
Familiarity with Snowflake, Iceberg, Kafka, and writing queries
Self-driven, organized, and ownership-minded
Strong learning aptitude and curiosity
Comfortable working across multiple products and teams
Speaks up on quality issues and works independently
