What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to a UK-based manager and a supportive, collaborative team, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless payroll and putting smiles on clients' faces. You will also be collaborating with an established team of payroll and accounting professionals based in the Philippines.

Your tasks include:

• Drive accurate, end-to-end payroll processing to meet key deadlines effortlessly.

• Expertly handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPL, SAP).

•  Manage BACS payment timelines to ensure timely, precise salary distributions.

• Build fantastic client relationships by providing friendly, top-notch support via phone and digital channels.

• Connect confidently with HMRC and pension providers to resolve queries smoothly.

• Champion data compliance, keeping documentation secure and GDPR-aligned.

• Team up with colleagues to optimize workflows and stay ahead of pension legislation.

What You’ll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of successful experience as a UK Payroll Specialist or Analyst.

• Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax codes, and manual calculations.

• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data with ease.

• Excellent communication skills you love turning complex data into clear, friendly guidance.

• Strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, energizing environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Bonus Points For 

• Experience in a payroll bureau or multi-client accounting firm.

• Familiarity with modern platforms like PayCircle or Cintra.

• A CIPP certification or current studies toward one.
