Who you are

Are you an experienced professional who not only understands IT Project Management in depth, but also enjoys sharing knowledge, guiding learners, and shaping modern educational content? We are looking for a Freelance Coach (m/f/d) who combines hands-on industry experience with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuously improving our learning experience. You will support an English-speaking bootcamp and play an active role in developing a high-quality, practice-oriented curriculum that reflects current market needs, tools, and working methods.

Your Mission

You will guide a group of motivated learners through an intensive, high-speed journey. Beyond just teaching, you will be a content architect, ensuring that our materials stay up-to-date with the latest tech releases and AI workflows.

Your Focus Areas
Your teaching and development work will cover:

• IT Project Management: Project planning, scope definition, timelines, risk management, communication, coordination with technical teams, and delivery workflows.

• Agile Methods: Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, retrospectives, and working in iterative environments.

• Tools & Workflows: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Figma, or comparable collaboration and planning tools.

• Communication & Leadership: Facilitating sessions, giving feedback, supporting learner progress, and helping participants translate theory into practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instruction & Didactics: Conduct sessions in English, ranging from Course Overviews to deep-dive Agile Workflows.

2. Curriculum Maintenance & Development: * Regularly update lesson materials.

* Refine teaching methodologies based on student feedback and industry shifts.

3. Agile Mentoring (Capstone Sprints): Lead two 8-week project phase, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and progress evaluations.

4. AI Integration: Demonstrate and teach how to use AI tools effectively to speed up the project process without sacrificing code quality.

Requirements:


Professional Experience:* Proven professional experience in IT Project Management.*

• Strong understanding of modern workflows, tools, and collaboration practices.

• Demonstrate strong AI fluency and a practical understanding of how AI tools can support modern work in Product Management or IT Project Management.

• Curriculum Experience: Experience in creating or maintaining technical educational content.

• Language Proficiency: Native or Near-Native English is mandatory (course language).

• Methodology: Strong experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban/Lean).

• Ideally, previous experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or workshop facilitation.
