Job description

About F11

F11 is a high-touch Enterprise Managed-Service Platform that automates the full campaign lifecycle for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands.

Unlike traditional self-serve SaaS, we function as a sophisticated delivery engine that powers complex, locally-targeted campaigns at scale. We are redefining how physical retail connects with digital audiences, driving tangible store revenue uplift through proprietary automation.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own an essential module within our Delivery Engine. This module is the foundational core of our platform, the proprietary delivery engine that translates store-level inputs (budgets, locations, audience data) into optimised, hyper-local media plans across our publisher and platform network.

In this role, you will be the bridge between complex data science and operational media excellence. You are not building for external end-users; you are building for our internal team of expert Media Planners. Your success is measured and reflected by the intelligence, efficiency, and revenue-driving capability of the automation you build.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Engine: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Media Planning Module.

  • Solve for Complexity: Translate the nuances of retail-local advertising into scalable software logic.

  • Collaborate with Data Science: Define precision metrics, evaluate allocation logic, and spec model improvements. You will work side-by-side with engineers and data scientists to refine our proprietary algorithms.

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Obsess over how our Media Experts use the tool to eliminate friction and maximise the quality of automated media planning.

  • Bridge Business & Tech: Maintain a high-level view of how planning inputs translate into business outcomes while ensuring the technical feasibility and integrity of the underlying models.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 of those years specifically in SaaS AdTech or MarTech, focusing on planning or media tooling.

  • You possess a profound understanding of media planning (reach/frequency, geographic budget allocation, demographic targeting, and media mix).

  • You have worked at or deeply with planning software or equivalent. You know exactly where current industry tools succeed and where they fall short.

  • You are comfortable working with complex, algorithmic products. You can hold a technical conversation about model inputs/outputs without needing to code them yourself.

  • You are motivated by building high-performance internal tooling. You thrive in environments where the "customer" is your internal team, and the "product" is operational speed and intelligence.

  • Fluency in English is required; German language proficiency is a significant plus

What Makes You Exceptional

  • The "Dual Perspective": You have seen planning from both sides: as a software vendor and as an agency/brand-side strategist.

  • ML Fluency: You have experience with ML-assisted features like budget recommendation engines, reach forecasting models, or audience allocation algorithms.

  • System Thinker: You can simultaneously discuss the nuances of Store Revenue Uplift (business logic) and the I/O requirements of an allocation model (engineering logic).

Why F11?

  • Impact: You will own the foundational logic of a platform that is actively changing how physical retail operates.

  • High-Touch/High-Utility: We prioritize functional depth and automation quality over superficial UI/UX polish.

  • Fast-Paced: We operate with agility, avoiding the long, consensus-driven roadmaps found in large, traditional enterprises.
