Job description

ABOUT US
Factor Eleven is the leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication – from media planning and ad creation through campaign delivery, billing, and reporting. Operating as a high-touch enterprise managed service, humans orchestrate campaign strategy while our platform automates execution, driving tangible store revenue uplift at scale.

YOUR MISSION

As a Working Student - Campaign Operations, you keep our campaign execution accurate and reliable. You make sure reports are correct and complete, creative assets match the client briefing, and Meta campaigns go live exactly as planned. Every check you run protects our clients' budgets and their store revenue.

You will take ownership of concrete work areas from day one, with direct exposure to how a high-touch enterprise service runs in practice. We value quality over volume: if something does not add up, you dig in until it does.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting and presentations

  • Review systemically generated reports for plausibility and completeness

  • Reconcile report data against bookings (media bookings and delivery data)

  • Tailor reports to individual client requirements

  • File final reports in the designated folder structures

  • Build evaluation presentations in PowerPoint

Creative quality control

  • Check ad creatives against the respective client briefing

  • Give structured, clear feedback to graphic designers

  • Follow up after each revision until final approval

Social Ads: Meta Ads Manager

  • Set up weekly campaigns in Meta Ads Manager according to specifications (budgets, flight dates)

  • Name campaigns, ad sets, and ads correctly and consistently

  • Run quality checks before every campaign goes live

  • Support the analysis of ongoing campaign performance

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are enrolled in a degree program (e.g., business, marketing, media, economics, or a related field) and can commit to a regular schedule with Tuesday to Thursday as core days

  • You have a sharp eye for detail: you spot inconsistencies in numbers, names, and layouts before they reach a client

  • You are confident in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint; experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or other ad platforms is a plus

  • You think in outcomes: when a number is off, you find out why and follow the issue through

  • You give feedback that is clear, specific, and constructive, whether to designers, colleagues, or clients

  • You take ownership of your tasks, work autonomously, and raise issues early

  • You communicate fluently in German and English

  • You are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
