Your Responsibilities

As a German-Speaking Insurance Agent, you will support customers through inbound and outbound communication while ensuring high service quality and accurate administration.

Customer Support & Case Handling

  • Assist German-speaking customers via phone and email
  • Respond to insurance-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when required
  • Deliver excellent customer experience with a first-contact resolution mindset

Insurance Operations

  • Process new vehicle insurance applications
  • Manage policy changes, conversions, and cancellations
  • Support contract administration and documentation flow
  • Handle incoming requests and correspondence accurately

Administrative Tasks

  • Update customer records, addresses, and payment information
  • Process SEPA mandates and account-related changes
  • Ensure precise contract logging and internal documentation
  • Manage incoming documents via email and post

Additional Responsibilities

  • Prepare tailored insurance offers
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products (liability, property, legal, etc.)
  • Support onboarding tasks such as self-service portal registrations
  • Schedule pension consultation appointments when needed

Candidate Profile

Language Skills

  • Fluent German (minimum C1 level)
  • Good English skills for internal communication are an advantage

Core Competencies

  • Strong communication and customer-first attitude
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable multitasking across systems in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

  • Confident PC user
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85%+ accuracy preferred

Education

  • Minimum High School Diploma

Work Setup

  • Fully remote within Greece
  • Training provided remotely
  • Alternatively, relocation to Greece available

Compensation & Benefits

  • €1450 gross/month
  • Up to 10% monthly performance bonus based on targets

Relocation Package (if relocating)

Option 1: Flight ticket + hotel accommodation + agency fees covered
Option 2: €250 relocation allowance + agency fees covered

Working Schedule

  • Rotational shifts between 09:00 – 22:00
  • Monday to Sunday
  • 5 working days per week
