  • Apply professional judgement to practical hospitality scenarios

  • Evaluate the overall quality of event-planning and delivery recommendations

Commercial & Operational Analysis

  • Review spreadsheets supporting budgets, forecasts, operating plans, or business decisions
  • Assess assumptions, calculations, and supporting data for consistency
  • Identify analytical gaps or discrepancies between underlying data and reported conclusions
  • Evaluate whether recommendations appropriately reflect commercial and operational constraints
  • Review trade-offs involving cost, service quality, capacity, timing, and execution

Documents & Presentation Review

  • Evaluate reports, spreadsheets, plans, and slide decks for accuracy and completeness
  • Review executive and stakeholder presentations for clarity, logical flow, and practical usefulness
  • Identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and formatting issues

  • Ensure recommendations are clearly connected to supporting evidence and operational realities

Structured Evaluation & Feedback

  • Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria
  • Identify factual, analytical, operational, and presentation errors
  • Distinguish substantive professional issues from minor editorial concerns
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses
  • Apply evaluation standards consistently across different work products

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality, events, property management, hotel operations, event planning, or a closely related field
  • Strong practical understanding of professional workflows within your area of expertise
  • Experience reviewing operational plans, commercial analyses, budgets, reports, or stakeholder materials
  • Ability to identify unrealistic assumptions, missing dependencies, and weak professional reasoning
  • Strong commercial and operational judgement
