At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.

Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Program Manager – Smart Supply Chain, AI & Automation with 8 to 10 years of experience to drive integrated supply chain modernization across our global business units (BUs). Reporting directly to the Smart Supply Chain Leader, you will serve as the strategic orchestrator connecting centralized AI/automation centers of excellence and lighthouse innovation teams with BU operational leaders.

Job Responsibilites

  • Smart Supply Chain Alignment & Evangelism: Partner with BU supply chain heads, plant managers, and procurement leaders to champion centrally developed AI forecasting, intelligent inventory, network optimization, and automated fulfilment solutions.
  • Integrated Supply Chain Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end cross-functional rollouts of smart supply chain initiatives, coordinating workstreams across demand/supply planning, logistics, manufacturing interfaces, and digital automation.
  • BU Requirements Translation & Customization: Evaluate operational fit-gap differences across distinct product lines and supply chain footprints. Collaborate with central engineering and lighthouse developers to tailor automation pipelines and algorithmic models to BU-specific operational constraints.
  • Digital Change Enablement: Design structured adoption and upskilling programs for supply chain planners, buyers, and operational personnel, fostering trust and sustained usage of algorithmic decision-support tools.
  • Value Realization & KPI Governance: Track critical supply chain transformation benchmarks (e.g., forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, touchless order processing, and cash flow velocity). Deliver regular milestone and ROI reporting to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience managing complex digital transformation programs, integrated supply chain initiatives, or enterprise automation rollouts in global, matrixed manufacturing or technology organizations.
  • Supply Chain & Technical Acumen: Strong functional understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain processes combined with practical fluency in modern AI/ML applications, automated workflows, and supply chain analytics platforms.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated success influencing senior BU leadership, aligning conflicting operational priorities, and bridging conversations between data engineers and supply chain practitioners.
  • Execution Frameworks: Proficiency with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management frameworks with strong governance, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery discipline.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field.
  • Master's/MBA, APICS/CSCP, or PMP/Agile certifications strongly preferred.
