Job Description

Mongolia-based Capital Markets Expert / Local Advisory Partner to support an upcoming assignment focused on capital market assessment and potential future engagements in the region.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

• Strong, demonstrable experience in Mongolia's capital markets and financial system
• Proven track record of working with financial regulators, market institutions, policymakers, or other public-sector stakeholders

Relevant Experience Includes:

• Capital market development and financial sector reform
• Capital market assessments, diagnostics, and strategy development
• Legal, regulatory, tax, and foreign exchange frameworks
• Market infrastructure and financial product development
• Engagement with regulators, policymakers, and market participants
• Experience in emerging and frontier markets
