Role and Responsibilities
The Remote Diagnostic Technician is responsible for carrying out precise and accurate remote diagnostic tasks across all vehicles makes and models.

The role requires a candidate that is meticulous, inquisitive and has a high attention to detail. Quality of workmanship and accuracy is paramount in this role due to the nature of the potentially lifesaving systems being repaired and calibrated correctly.

The Remote Diagnostic Technician has a strong automotive technical background and experience. Understands modern vehicle technology, particularly high-tech body and chassis electronic systems including ADAS, ABS, Body Control, SRS, EPS

Sound understanding of vehicle diagnostic platforms and software.

Must have strong diagnostic skills. Competent in the use of multiple diagnostic platforms and software.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Fully qualified automotive technician.

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive repairs.

  • At least 2+ years as a diagnostic or master technician.

  • Current, clean, full driving license (manual & automatic).

Preferred Skills

  • OEM training and dealer-level experience highly regarded.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Computer literacy and ability to operate multiple diagnostic platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical findings.

  • Experience interpreting wiring diagrams and technical data.

  • Report writing with accuracy and clarity
