In this role, you will provide consultative leadership and guidance to a team of Accommodations and/or Leave Advisors who represent the organization during the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Amendments Act (ADA/ADAAA).

You will ensure compliance with ADAAA and EEOC guidelines while helping minimize organizational risk through the identification of creative, reasonable accommodation solutions. You will partner cross‑functionally with Legal, Business Unit HR, Corporate Technology, and other stakeholders to influence outcomes and deliver tailored solutions that enable associates to perform the essential functions of their roles.

This role plays a key part in shaping strategies that promote accessibility, inclusion, and an equitable associate experience across the organization.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume, and sensitive cases with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and caseload demands.

  • Confidence providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship without direct supervisory authority.

  • Excellent analytical skills to balance compliance, associate experience, and business needs.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and tailored correspondence.

  • Experience leading or supporting strategic initiatives, vendor partnerships, or enterprise‑level improvements.

  • Demonstrated success in resolving escalations and driving operational or compliance enhancements.

The Team
