Location: Poland, remote.

Salary: 10 000 -14 000 PLN on B2B or 8300 - 11 600 PLN gross on UoP.

By joining Tidio as a Junior Financial Controller, you’ll be stepping into a unique opportunity to see the bigger picture of how a fast-growing SaaS business operates in the AI domain. You’ll become an essential member of our tight-knit, eight-person finance team, collaborating closely with our experienced Financial Controller and the Head of Finance. This role will give you a front-row seat to understanding the key metrics and challenges of the SaaS industry, while working in a company that is at the forefront of the AI revolution.

As the Junior Financial Controller, you will:

  • Participate in budgeting and assist in building financial models for budgeting.

  • Analyse actual performance vs budget, including variance analysis, identification of main performance drivers, and preparation of management reports.

  • Take part in monthly reporting meetings with C-Levels, presenting the analysis conclusions and preparing the meeting notes.

  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.

  • Monitor cost controls.

  • Manage the apps spend with a high focus on LLMs.

  • Take care of day-to-day coordination of document acceptance and the payments process with the accounting team and assist other teams.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to support them in understanding cost variances.

  • Provide ad hoc reporting to the company’s stakeholders.
