We are looking for a Middle Oracle OSS Engineer to support and enhance telecommunications service fulfillment platforms across FTTx, 5G, Mobile, and Fixed services. The role involves configuring and administering Oracle OSS solutions, implementing workflows, managing integrations, automating operational processes, and providing production support.

You will work closely with technical, network, and enterprise integration teams to ensure reliable service provisioning, order management, inventory management, and network operations while maintaining performance and agreed service levels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, administer, maintain, and support Oracle OSS platforms, including OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM, and Design Studio.
  • Implement and maintain order management, service provisioning, and inventory workflows for telecom services.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle OSS platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party applications.
  • Build automation scripts and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.
  • Support software releases, upgrades, deployments, and production implementation activities.
  • Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot incidents to maintain agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate with network, technical, development, and integration teams to resolve complex operational issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across OSS workflows, integrations, and deployment processes.
  • Contribute to platform transformation, modernization, and large-scale telecom OSS initiatives.

What's Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Oracle OSS application design, development, administration, or integration.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle OSS products such as OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM, or Design Studio.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of telecom service fulfillment, order management, provisioning, and inventory concepts.
  • Familiarity with network management principles and network protocols.
  • Understanding of enterprise application integration and system-to-system communication.
  • Experience with production support, troubleshooting, release management, and root cause analysis.
  • Exposure to OSS platform upgrades, transformation projects, automation, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Experience working within large-scale telecommunications environments is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills, with B1+ proficiency or above.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and ownership skills.
