Blockaid is redefining trust in blockchain through advanced, integrated security. Our on-chain security platform is trusted by leading Web3 companies—including Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, Backpack, Stellar, and others—to detect, understand, and automatically prevent or minimize the impact of fraud, scams, hacks, and financial threats.
We are backed by top-tier global investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts—firms known for supporting the most innovative and influential companies in technology and cybersecurity.
We've achieved exceptional product-market fit, and our team is made up of elite operators who thrive on ownership, speed, and mission-driven work. Now we're looking to grow our Customer Success team with a highly capable and technically adept Technical Customer Success Manager.
The Opportunity
This is a remote role based in Singapore, working alongside our local team on the ground there, and will be focused primarily on our APAC and regional clients. As one of the first hires on the Customer Success team, you'll work directly with our customers, guiding them from onboarding to adoption, ensuring they integrate our platform smoothly, and more importantly, protect their users.
This role is part solution architect, part trusted advisor, and part strategist. You'll need to be technically confident, naturally curious, and capable of building strong relationships with both technical stakeholders and product-minded users.
We're looking for a builder. Someone with an owner's mentality who's eager to shape what customer success looks like at Blockaid. Someone who understands that start-ups grow fast, and wants to grow with us.
