  • Partner closely with CX, product, and client stakeholders to translate business and customer requirements into robust AI agent solutions.
  • Build AI agents from the ground up, including conversation flows, knowledge retrieval, API integrations, and backend/frontend components.
  • Test and validate agent behavior across a wide range of real-world scenarios, including edge cases and failure modes.
  • Contribute to best practices around agent architecture, prompt design, testing, deployment, and versioning.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience building and integrating API-driven systems, including authentication, permissions, and data access.
  • Solid understanding of Git and standard engineering workflows (branching, PRs, CI/CD).
  • Comfortable working from the terminal and navigating modern developer tooling.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering fundamentals, including how to evaluate and iterate on model behavior.
  • Ability to design, test, and deploy software using code-first workflows

AI Agent-Specific Experience

  • Familiarity with agent testing strategies, including simulations, scenario testing, and conversation evaluation.
  • Understanding of how AI agents operate within customer support journeys, knowledge retrieval systems, and backend integrations.
  • Exposure to contact center concepts such as intents, escalation paths, agent assist, deflection, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience building or deploying conversational AI solutions using AI-Native or equivalent platforms.

How You'll Work

  • Build agents programmatically using extensive coding workflows across development, testing, deployment, and version control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure agents meet functional, technical, and experiential requirements.
