  • Lead VM-22 implementation efforts in partnership with key stakeholders across the enterprise.

  • Lead complex initiatives such as actuarial reporting transformations, governance frameworks development, implementations of technical actuarial elements, and actuarial workstreams with large-scale cross functional change programs.

  • Provide hands-on technical and strategic leadership where short-to-medium-term actuarial subject matter expertise is required to unblock progress and ensure delivery.

  • Lead a team of 3+ individuals balancing project work with individual growth and exam progress.

The experience you bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the life insurance or reinsurance industry

  • Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent professional qualification

  • Experience operating as a product owner, delivery lead, or technical lead roles on projects-based work.

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex technical topics into clear, decision-oriented messaging for senior leaders and non-actuarial stakeholders

  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous, matrixed environment.

  • Experience working with external stakeholders to drive results

What makes you stand out:

  • VM-22 expertise

  • Experience with actuarial modeling paired with a strong technical skillset

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Knowledge and awareness of insurance regulations and recent developments
