Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly strategic North America Field and Channel Marketing Manager to spearhead regional marketing initiatives and partner-led demand creation across the United States and Canada. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline creation, and optimize brand visibility.Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Regional Marketing Planning
Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Plans: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive, integrated marketing plans tailored to the diverse markets within North America, ensuring complete alignment with local sales goals and corporate priorities.
Lead Demand Generation Strategy: Design multi-channel demand creation programs—incorporating both inbound and outbound tactics—to attract, convert, and nurture qualified prospects.
2. Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, webinars, and content syndication.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and implement targeted, high-touch ABM programs aimed at driving pipeline and customer acquisition within high-value regional enterprise accounts.
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Optimization: Design lead nurturing programs that move prospects smoothly through the sales funnel, working closely with the sales development teams to ensure timely and qualified lead follow-up.
Webinar Integration: Coordinate and execute targeted regional webinars as part of broader global campaign programs.
3. Partner and Channel Alliance Marketing
Campaign & Events Roadmap: Collaborate with global and regional teams to build and manage the AWS campaign roadmap, ensuring alignment with sales plays and partner priorities.
Channel Partner Programs: Implement and maximize the value and impact of joint marketing programs with regional channel partners to increase product visibility, and accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Management: Lead the submission, oversight, and administration of MDF, ensuring efficient fund utilization, meticulous tracking of ROI, and data-backed reporting on program impact.
4. Event Strategy & Management
Strategic Event Roadmap: Plan, manage, and execute participation in key industry trade shows, conferences, regional events, workshops, and executive roundtables across North America.
End-to-End Event Operations: Oversee all operational aspects of regional events, from strategic planning and budget allocation to on-site logistical execution and post-event lead management.
5. Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Sales Advisory Partnership: Serve as the primary, trusted marketing partner for the North America sales teams, proactively addressing regional needs.
Enablement & Collateral: Communicate marketing plans effectively, deliver relevant sales tools, and execute events to ensure field success.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Channel, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment across all regions and global initiatives.
6. Performance Tracking, Budget & Reporting
Budget Stewardship: Efficiently manage the North America field and partner marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI tracking.
KPI Monitoring & Data Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators such as lead volume, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, campaign engagement, and partner-sourced/influenced contribution to revenue.
CRM & Automation Tools: Leverage CRM and marketing automation systems to monitor full-funnel performance and provide regular, actionable reports with insightful recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
About You (Requirements & Qualifications)
Professional Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for enterprise technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity industry.
Field Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of proven success in a field marketing role directly covering the US and Canada markets.
Demand Generation Track Record: At least 2 years of direct responsibility for the demand generation function at a SaaS or cybersecurity company, demonstrating a deep understanding of full-funnel growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, and retention).
Partner Marketing Exposure: Experience working with and marketing through partner channels.
Skills & Competencies
Marketing Toolkit: Strong expertise in demand generation best practices, digital marketing channels, event management, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems; hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo and 6Sense is a strong asset.
Project Management: Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-touch projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical approach with experience in setting measurable goals, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and extracting actionable insights from data.
Communication: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with sales, partners, executives, and diverse audiences.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Travel: Ability to travel across North America as needed to support events, sales meetings, and partner engagements.
Location: Remote role based in the United States.
This is an individual contributor role.
The Base Pay Range is $120,000 to $140,000. Actual base pay within the Base Pay Range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
