About the role:

Join us at an exciting stage where you'll help shape and professionalize Release Management across our Enterprise Systems landscape. As our Senior Release Manager, you'll establish a consistent release process, bringing structure, transparency and predictability to business-critical releases while working with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.

You'll become the central coordination point for complex releases, ensuring teams move together with confidence and that every production deployment is planned, governed and delivered with the right level of readiness.

Job Description

About your tasks:

  • Lead the evolution of our Enterprise Release Management process, establishing standardized governance, release calendars and best practices across all Enterprise Systems.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional releases, bringing together Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, Delivery teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and predictable deployments.
  • Drive release readiness by facilitating Go/No-Go decisions, managing dependencies, risks, approvals and implementation planning while ensuring stakeholders have complete transparency.
  • Build strong release governance by introducing practical standards, templates and documentation in Jira and Confluence, continuously improving release maturity across the organization.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase release reliability, standardization and coordination while supporting future automation and modern release practices.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You bring 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management within complex Enterprise Systems environments.
  • You have experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms (such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP or similar) and understand how to manage cross-system dependencies without owning the technical deployment.
  • You are comfortable working with Jira, Confluence and structured release governance, and you know how to align business and technology stakeholders around common release objectives.
  • You enjoy creating structure, challenging existing ways of working and building collaborative relationships that help teams deliver successful production releases.
