Join Us as Associate Director Data Analytics – Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation

As part of our expert team, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure operational excellence that makes a real difference in organizational performance. As Associate Director Data Analytics, you will provide tactical and strategic planning, operational oversight, support, and direct supervision of the Clinical Data Liaison function within Data Analytics. You will work closely with functional area leads to evaluate signals of operational risk at various levels and advocate for risk mitigation strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee a broad range of Centralized Monitoring processes, ensuring timelines and contracts are adhered to and quality standards are met for assigned projects. 
  • Manage the resources and workload of direct reports. 
  • Support department infrastructure through leadership of various functions which includes support services, database administration, performance measurement, and application system development. 
  • Support Department Head by successfully completing ad hoc projects to improve departmental quality and cost effectiveness. 
  • Actively undertake business development activities including participation at sponsor meetings.


Education and Experience Requirements:
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.
• 5+ years of management responsibility
• Proven leadership skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Demonstrated industry and clinical-trial specific deep functional-specific knowledge
• Excellent coaching, mentoring and teaching skills; demonstrated expertise in leading and motivating teams
• Strong analytical skills with ability to extract meaning from data and apply to solve real-world problems
• Excellent judgment and decision making skills
• Strong technical skills interacting with data handling, analysis and visualization tools
• Leadership level communication and presentation skills; ability to represent department to senior levels of management and cross-departmental forums

• Exposure to high pressure, intense concentration needed
• Must pay constant attention to detail-visual, mental
• Must be able to multi-task constantly
• Frequent interaction with clients / associates required
• Long, varied hours required occasionally
• Travel and s required on rare occasions
