BUILDER Facility Accessor
Conduct desktop inventory validation reviews for U.S. Consulate facilities in Mexico. Review, validate, standardize, and document facility asset data to ensure records meet established program requirements and support an industry-aligned asset naming and reporting structure. Use the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) to review asset inventories, resolve data discrepancies, support data quality assurance, and prepare accurate reports for Government review.

Pay commensurate with experience.

BUILDER Facility Accessor Responsibilities Include:
Desktop Inventory Validation and Review – Conduct detailed desktop reviews of facility inventory records for assigned U.S. Consulates in Mexico. Review existing asset information, supporting documentation, facility records, drawings, photographs, prior assessment data, and other available source materials to validate asset records. Confirm assets are correctly identified, categorized, named, and reported in accordance with program standards and industry-aligned conventions.
BUILDER Data Management – Use BUILDER SMS to review, validate, update, and maintain facility asset inventory information. Verify that asset attributes, locations, quantities, systems, components, and condition-related data are complete and accurately recorded. Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent records and take appropriate action to correct or elevate discrepancies for resolution.
Asset Naming and Taxonomy Standardization – Apply established naming conventions, asset hierarchies, classification standards, and reporting requirements to inventory data. Ensure asset names and descriptions are consistent, clear, traceable, and aligned with approved facility management and sustainment practices. Support standardization across multiple consulate locations to enable reliable portfolio-level reporting and analysis.
Data Quality Assurance – Perform quality-control checks on validated asset records before final submission. Identify missing information, data anomalies, conflicting source information, and records that do not meet required naming or reporting standards. Document findings, recommended corrections, assumptions, and unresolved issues in accordance with established quality-assurance procedures.
Documentation and Reporting – Prepare inventory validation logs, discrepancy trackers, data-quality reports, and status updates for the Program Manager and Government stakeholders. Maintain clear documentation of review actions, source materials used, corrections made, and items requiring additional verification. Develop reports from BUILDER and related systems as required to support program oversight, planning, and decision-making.
Coordination and Communication – Coordinate with program management, facility personnel, subject-matter experts, and other team members to resolve inventory questions and obtain clarification on asset records. Communicate data issues clearly, professionally, and promptly. Participate in project meetings, status reviews, and technical discussions as assigned.
Program Compliance – Follow Government, client, and company policies governing data management, records handling, information security, and quality control. Protect sensitive facility and asset information. Maintain organized electronic files and ensure work products meet required deadlines and established performance standards.
Other Duties – Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested:
Mechanical PE Required
High school diploma or equivalent required;
Experience supporting facility inventory, asset management, building systems, maintenance management, data validation, or related administrative and technical work preferred.
Experience using BUILDER SMS, other sustainment management systems, computerized maintenance management systems, or asset-management databases preferred.
Knowledge of facility asset types, building systems, equipment classifications, and inventory-management practices preferred.
