Quality Improvement Advisor II
(Remote but must reside in Montana or Washington)


The full-time remote Quality Improvement Advisor II must reside in Montana or Washington. The Quality Improvement Advisor II provides client services to assigned groups and organizations and acts as the primary point of contact for communication, contract support, service expectations, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. This position works closely with health care providers and partners to improve care delivery, quality data reporting, health information technology adoption, and performance under quality payment programs. This position ensures client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in health care, quality improvement, provider engagement, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of health care policy, quality reporting, performance improvement, and provider support. This person should be an effective communicator and collaborator who can represent Mountain Pacific regionally, manage project plans and competing priorities, and use health care data to support improvement. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of the Quality Improvement team, with a specialty certification and bachelor’s degree preferred.

This position does require travel 15% - 60% of the time. The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 a year.
