Bilingual Quality Assurance Coordinator – Vocational Services
 

Permanent Full-Time 
 

Location: Remote (Anywhere from Canada)


 About the role

We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our remote team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of our vocational assessment and rehabilitation services.


What you'll do

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of vocational assessment reports in both English and French, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proofread vocational reports for continuity, consistency, accuracy, and spelling in both official languages.
  • Collaborate with vocational rehabilitation counsellors, assessors, and other remote team members to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist clinical staff with formulating recommendations and applying standardized bilingual report templates and formats.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback from both English and French-speaking clients, and implement actions to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records using web-based tracking systems to monitor timelines, due dates, and reporting expectations.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive remote work culture.


 What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance, proofreading, or a related healthcare or rehabilitation field.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with web-based tools, document management systems, and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Google Workspace).
  • Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and the highest standards of client service.
  • Registration with  l'Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec (OCCOQ)

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) en assurance de la qualité, rigoureux(se) et soucieux(se) du détail, pour se joindre à notre équipe à distance. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’assurance de l’exactitude, de la fiabilité et de la cohérence de nos services d’évaluation et de réadaptation professionnelles.

Ce que vous ferez

• Effectuer des audits et des examens réguliers des rapports d’évaluation professionnelle en anglais et en français, en veillant à leur conformité aux politiques de l’entreprise, aux normes de l’industrie et aux exigences réglementaires.
 • Réviser et corriger les rapports professionnels afin d’assurer la cohérence, la continuité, l’exactitude et l’orthographe dans les deux langues officielles.
 • Collaborer avec les conseillers en réadaptation professionnelle, les évaluateurs et les autres membres de l’équipe à distance afin d’identifier des pistes d’amélioration.
 • Aider le personnel clinique à formuler des recommandations et à appliquer des modèles et formats de rapports bilingues normalisés.
 • Surveiller la satisfaction des clients et les commentaires des clients anglophones et francophones, et mettre en œuvre des mesures pour améliorer la prestation des services.
 • Tenir des dossiers précis à l’aide de systèmes de suivi en ligne afin de surveiller les échéanciers, les dates d’échéance et les exigences en matière de rapports.
 • Participer aux réunions d’équipe virtuelles et contribuer à une culture de travail à distance collaborative et inclusive.

 

Ce que nous recherchons

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit), puisque vous interagirez avec des clients et des membres de l’équipe partout au Canada
 • Grande attention aux détails et solides compétences organisationnelles
 • Expérience en assurance de la qualité, en révision linguistique ou dans un domaine connexe en santé ou en réadaptation
 • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer son propre horaire dans un environnement à distance
 • Maîtrise des outils en ligne, des systèmes de gestion documentaire et des plateformes de collaboration virtuelle (p. ex. MS Teams, Google Workspace)
 • Engagement envers l’exactitude, l’intégrité et les plus hauts standards de service à la clientèl
