Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements.  You must be available five days per week during designated work hours.  The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. Position Overview

The Lifecycle Management Associate is a lifecycle process subject matter expert responsible for executing, supporting, and improving employee lifecycle operations while actively building and applying low-code technology skills to eliminate manual work and increase scalability.


This role owns deep knowledge of lifecycle processes and controls and applies that expertise to support initiatives, enable automation, and ensure business continuity. The Associate partners closely with Lifecycle Analysts and project teams to translate operational needs into clear business requirements, surface risks, and prepare decision materials so leaders can act quickly.


Primary Responsibilities

Lifecycle Support & Initiative Coordination

  • Support lifecycle-related initiatives and projects through defined tasks and workstreams
  • Assist in gathering information on initiative scope, timelines, and impacts
  • Help coordinate activities across HR teams (e.g., HRIS, Payroll, Benefits) as directed
  • Track assigned deliverables and provide status updates to project leads
  • Escalate risks, blockers, or questions to more senior team members

Systems & Data Support

  • Enter, update, and validate employee lifecycle data within HR systems (HRIS and related platforms)
  • Support data quality efforts by identifying and correcting basic discrepancies
  • Assist with testing activities for system updates, enhancements, and process changes
  • Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency

Analytics & Reporting Support

  • Compile and organize lifecycle data from systems and reporting tools
  • Prepare basic reports, tables, and summaries using Excel or other tools
  • Identify simple trends or inconsistencies and escalate findings for further analysis
  • Support preparation of materials for leadership reporting and project updates

Operational & Tiered Support

  • Provide support for routine lifecycle transactions and processes (e.g., job changes, transfers, terminations)
  • Serve as a Tier 1 support resource for basic lifecycle-related questions
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior analysts or specialists
  • Assist in maintaining service continuity during high-volume periods

Documentation & Process Support

  • Support creation and updates of documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and job aids
  • Follow established documentation standards for consistency and clarity
  • Assist in reviewing processes for accuracy and alignment with current practices
  • Identify gaps in documentation and escalate for improvement

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, data support, or administrative roles 
  • Internship or exposure to HR systems or data analysis is preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn employee lifecycle concepts 
  • Comfortable working with and learning how to build solution using low code tools 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes 
  • Foundational analytical skills and comfort working with data 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, fast-paced environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and ask questions when guidance is needed 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Physical requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
  • Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is $48,200 - $62,400/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
