Job description

Full Time, On-Site

St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5

Thursday to Monday, working hours 8:00am - 4:00pm

About The Role:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll ensure that production receives the right products, on time, in full and with the correct quality. You'll handle ad-hoc issues and communicate them clearly with stakeholders. You'll collaborate continuously to optimize processes and take a long-term approach to challenges. Your focus will be on minimizing waste, resolving issues, and ensuring customers get exactly what they ordered — leaving them happier than ever.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Monitoring inventory levels and production demands from a strategic standpoint.
  • Resolving ad-hoc OTIFIQ deviations and serving as the primary point of contact for supplier communication throughout the week. A quick thinker, you adapt easily and are always ready with effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams - procurement, production, warehouse, product, and FSQA - to ensure alignment on agreements, updates, and exceptions.
  • A multitasking expert, skilled at switching between communication platforms (email, phone, Slack etc.), with a keen ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure.
  • Focused on minimizing waste by closely monitoring delivery details (such as BBD, oversupply, etc.) throughout the week, identifying root causes, and implementing future-proof adjustments.
  • Managing errors to minimize customer impact, while ensuring thorough follow-up on communication and compensation when necessary.
  • Reporting on supplier performance by gathering and analyzing feedback related to process compliance and overall supplier effectiveness.
  • Actively engaging in team meetings, sharing valuable insights, and encouraging best practices.
  • Continuously working on optimizing processes and implementing sustainable, long-term solutions.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain preferably in the food sector and/or from a production company.
  • You’re a fixer who likes a challenge, and want to proactively solve complicated puzzles
  • Supply Chain, Business/Management study or related fields is a plus
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset - you simply can’t help it
  • Strong quantitative and analytical experience, including expertise with WMS and/or ERP systems, Excel, Tableau etc
  • Analytical and a problem-solving expert who uses data to drive decisions
  • Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
  • Entrepreneurial with a proven track record of ‘getting things done’
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and limited direction
  • Comfortable solving problems and making quick decisions on the go

What we offer:

  • 70% off HelloFresh + free shipping
  • Company Pension (matched 1:1 contributions up to 5%)
  • Health insurance
  • Annual Gym membership or Wellness benefit
  • Membership to global leading mindfulness App - Headspace
  • Work from home allowance of up to €300
  • For every year you are part of the team, you will earn one extra day off to celebrate your anniversary (up to 3 additional days)
