Create practical checklists and guidance to help employees review AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, usefulness, tone, evidence, and next steps.
Teach prompt writing, output review, source validation habits, and responsible use behaviors through learning experiences and job aids.
Build reusable playbooks that help teams reduce low-quality AI outputs and improve consistency.
Partner with subject matter experts to validate examples and align materials with approved practices.
Reinforce that AI-assisted work requires employee judgment, review, and accountability.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify AI-related learning needs for priority roles and functions.
Develop learning solutions that support employees as work expectations evolve due to AI and automation.
Contribute to upskilling resources that help employees build confidence using AI tools responsibly and effectively.
Support, but do not own, broader reskilling or workforce planning efforts led by HR, Talent, or business leadership.

Escalate questions related to AI risk, governance, privacy, or prohibited use to the appropriate subject matter owners.
Track learning participation, learner feedback, completion, proficiency self-assessments, and practical adoption indicators.
Summarize program results and learner insights for Talent and business stakeholders.
Use feedback and adoption patterns to refine learning content, job aids, and enablement programs.
Contribute to, but do not own, broader enterprise AI capability maturity dashboards or business impact reporting.
