Job SummaryProvides coordination and project management for R&D support services projects as assigned. The Associate Project Manager assists teams in ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in full compliance with global regulatory and quality standards.
Essential Functions- Organize and lead cross functional initiatives, driving alignment and follow through across stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, tracking progress and driving accountability for deliverables.
- Facilitate and document project team meetings ensuring follow up to support execution.
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support cross-functional team performance to ensure successful project completion.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of templates, workflows, and project management standards.
- Apply strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to coordinate and influence stakeholders across functions.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience- Bachelor's Degree (4 year minimum) or equivalent work experience.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in project management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Prior project management or related experience
- Ability to effectively facilitate and support discussions and meetings
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
- Ability to learn and effectively use various project management software
- Ability to develop meaningful productive work relationships

The annual salary for this position is:
$77,700.00 to $83,000.00
