We are seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, to join our Respiratory team, supporting healthcare providers and payers in a field-based role. In this role, you will establish and maintain scientific exchange with medical specialists and decision-makers, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of clinical data on in-line and pipeline products, while collaborating with Global Medical Affairs leadership and clinical research investigators.

When & where:
•    Location: Field based in Arizona and New Mexico (residency in the Phoenix area preferred; residency in territory required)
Discover your role:
•    Engage in scientific discussions with Healthcare Professionals and payers, aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.
•    Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic area.
•    Build and nurture relationships with key external scientific and medical specialists across the region.
•    Stay ahead of evolving healthcare trends within the Dermatology therapeutic landscape.
•    Shape and implement local medical strategy in line with Global Medical Affairs direction and timelines.
•    Support clinical research sites and investigators. 
•    Deliver clinical and health economic information that enhances the appropriate use of our products.
•    Communicate scientific and clinical information ethically, accurately, and in a customer-focused manner.

This role requires:
•    Clinical/Science Degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry)
•    Experience as a Medical Science Liaison within Immunology is required. Respiratory is preferred.
•    Strong ability to communicate and disseminate scientific and clinical data.
•    Residency within the territory
