Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, execution-focused Revenue Operations Manager to partner with our global sales leadership and operational teams. In this role, you’ll own the operational, analytical, and reporting foundation supporting our Tier 3 commercial business. You’ll act as a true "completer-finisher"—building reporting structures from scratch, developing KPIs to track business performance, uncovering business insights independently, and driving cross-functional accountability to take operational initiatives from concept to delivery.

About the role:

  • Operational & Forecast Cadence: Drive the rhythm of the business by establishing, managing, and refining forecast cadence, pipeline analytics, and performance tracking for assigned business units.

  • Program & Transformation Management: Lead operational and financial business transformation projects from ideation to final execution, ensuring cross-functional teams meet delivery milestones.

  • Systems & Data Ownership:  Build custom dashboards, models, and reports across CRM (Salesforce), Google Sheets, and analytics platforms

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Operations, Finance, and key commercial stakeholders to streamline processes, mitigate pipeline risks, and improve time to deal closure.

  • Business Strategy & Accountability: Analyze business performance data, evaluate eco-system efficiency, and hold internal and external teams accountable to core operational deliverables.

About You:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Financial Analysis, or Business Program Management within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.

  • Mindset: A hands-on "doer" who thrives in building processes where none exist, navigating data independently, and solving complex problems.

  • Analytical Capability: Strong financial reporting and quantitative skills; an accounting, financial analysis, or business administration background is highly valued.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on mastery of Salesforce internals, reporting tools, advanced Google Sheets and sales performance management platforms.

  • Communication & Drive: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional peers across international regions.

Company Benefits and Perks:

We believe that the best solutions are developed by teams who embrace each other's unique experiences, skills, and abilities. We work hard to create a dynamic workforce where we encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work every day. We offer a variety of social programs, flexible work hours and family-friendly benefits to all of our employees.

  • Retirement Plans

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage

  • Paid Time Off

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • Support for Community Involvement
