• Prepare and produce evacuation plans and diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Review existing floor plans, drawings, and site information to create accurate evacuation
diagrams.
• Update and amend existing evacuation plans as required.
• Ensure plans contain the required emergency and evacuation information.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards across all plans.
• Manage plan revisions and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Work closely with the Plans Coordinator to manage priorities and completion timeframes.
• Identify missing or unclear information and follow up internally before plans are finalised.
• Assist with improving templates and processes to increase drafting efficiency.

Must Haves
• Open to Filipinos ONLY based in the Philippines.
• At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role.
• Strong AutoCAD skills or experience with similar CAD/drafting software.
• Previous drafting or plan preparation experience preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret building and floor plans.
• Strong computer and file-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple plans and deadlines.
Nice to Haves
• Experience preparing evacuation diagrams or working within fire protection, building services,
construction, or a similar industry is highly regarded.
